This is just a touch from my Mother's Day.
If my own mom and my oldest daughter could have been here to celebrate with me....
it would have been perfect.
But I'm thankful for the near perfect days too.

Flowers from Lydia.
Cute tea cups from Lauren...she had one for everybody. So sweet of her to share her vintage goodies.
My friend, Jami, gave me this sweet cross stitched cloth that I adore.
Getting to worship together...always a fave of mine. Carolyn is my fave. And the fact that Lauren texted Lydia before she got there to call dibs on sitting next to me is my fave too.
It was a bittersweet day because it my last Mother's Day to wake up to a chick in my nest. Next year all three of my girls will be in there own homes. Lauren made it super special for me.....I woke up to a mountain of presents and ended the day with a pedicure. She went out with a bang.
Group pics after church. It's tradition.
I'm so glad I get to be the momma to this man's children.
My girls know how I love cards. These are some of my faves.
Nick grilled me some chicken and my brother surprised me with ribs.
I definitely indulged.
I definitely indulged.
Nick and his momma.
Lydia and her boy. She totally celebrated being Henry's momma.
He's my favorite grand-dog for sure.
I'm thankful. So very thankful.
My near perfect day was pretty wonderful.
